Abstract |
Deficiency of an industrial infrastructure increases from day to day. Prevention of spontaneous washing away of small industrial production demands active actions. Small scale enterprises, being the most open to innovations and flexibly reacting to inquiries of large industrial manufactures, are capable to become active participant of the national economy modernization programme. Encouragement of innovative developments at the enterprises in a priority sphere, purposefully selected by the state, is intended to prepare the ground for a scientific and technical breakthrough in a certain area. And small industrials enterprises appear to be more than useful in debugging technological processes, fulfilling basic manufacturing, test the product market with new production |
